Today take a full day sightseeing tour of Wayanad. First, visit the archeological wonder - 'Edakkal Caves', one of the earliest centres of human habitat. See the rocky cave-walls decorated with interesting carvings, that represent human & animal figures, objects of human use, symbols, etc. Then visit Pookottu Lake, a serene fresh water lake in green mountains. After that drive to 'Soochippara Waterfall' - a 3 tier waterfall situated in the dense forest, so-called as the force of water here is quite high! Overnight stay at Wayanad.

Settle yourself in the unscathed beach… enjoy the charming coastline that ranks among the best in Kerala. Afterwards, return to Kozhikode city. Visit the city’s famous Mithai Theruvu (Sweet Street). This day, visit the most famous cultural & pilgrim town of Kerala, Guruvayur. After reaching the town, first take an excursion to Punnathur kotta - one of the largest elephant parks in the world. Roam around and see the majestic jumbos in playful moods... awake the big elephant lover in you!
